A gentle and transformative creative journey exploring our triggers on search for the treasure which is hidden within them.
The situations and people trigger deep felt emotions in us, give us the opportunity to dive deep into our being. Examine the feelings and the lead you to your inner child.
If you tune inwards and see those triggers not as something that was done to you, you have the opportunity to become aware of your core values, which might have been breached or past experience which have caused feelings long overdue to release.
In this workshop we will work intuitively with clay, to dig deep into those triggers to discover the treasures which lay hidden beneath, in the shadows.
In this intimate and supportive space, you will be guided through a process of reflection, ceremony, and intuitive art-making.
Together we explore:
• Which triggers continue to rise up for us
• Which are the true feeling evoked by the triggers and the unfulfilled needs beneath those feelings
• How can we explore those triggers, without judgement, as an opportunity to witness, connect and heal our inner child
• How can we embrace the opportunity to respond (not react) when triggered
No artistic experience is needed — only openness and curiosity.
• Sacred cacao ceremony to open the heart
• Guided meditation and channeled transmissions to go inwards
• Intuitive clay moulding and creative exploration
• Integration in a calm, supportive atmosphere
Date: Saturday, 15.March’26 Time: 2:00 – 5:00pm Cost: $65
Location: Havalona Pyramid, 260 Driving Creek Rd, Coromandel Town
Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate circle.
