Events/Workshops/Sessions

Bookings & Payments

Channeled Healing Massage Sessions: a $50 none refundable booking fee is applied at checkout - the remainder of the session fee is payable in cash upon arrival of the booked session.

Workshops & Online Sessions : all bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment (at least two (2) days prior to the scheduled event.)

Rescheduling a One-on-One Session

It is possible to reschedule a booked One-on-One session once.

Requests to reschedule must be received in writing at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and we will get in touch with you to arrange a new time for your booked session.

Cancellations & Refunds

Workshop & Online Session cancellations: requests must be submitted via email no later than twenty-four (24) hours before the workshop start time. Eligible cancellations will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of the Event/Session fee.

Transfer of Workshop/Event Registration & No-Shows

In case you are unable to attend a booked workshop/event your booking may be transferred to another person. Notification of the transfer must be provided in writing prior to the event.

Participants who do not attend the workshop and have not provided the required notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows and late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.


Art Sale Disclaimer:

All art purchased through this website is 100% handmade.
Your purchased art piece will be carefully wrapped and packaged in a box.

There is not refund option on commissioned  work.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE & DUTY:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I accept no liability if the parcel is undelivered due to refusal to pay import duties.

Refusal to pay import duties does not mean that the parcel will be safely returned to me.
