Shipping & Delivery: Shipping only available via tracked courier within Aotearoa New Zealand. Each piece of Heart-blood Art is carefully packaged with intention, protection, and reverence for its journey to you. For all overseas orders please enquire via the contact page before placing the order!

Processing Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer and will be communicated with you directly.

Tracking & Delivery: Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Packaging: All items are securely wrapped using protective and, where possible, natural or recycled materials. Each piece is energetically cleansed and sent with intention.

Local Pick-up: Pick-up from Coromandel Town can be arranged.
