Spirit Animal

This workshop is a light introduction to spiritual art. A short guided meditation will give each child the opportunity to meet and greet a spirit animal. Using sensory touch and clay as a medium, they can deepen their connection with Mother Earth, as well as exploring the qualities of their chosen animal by giving it shape and form, in their own unique way.

Working with clay is grounding & calms the nervous system.

This is an invitation to let go of any ‘performance pressure’ and the urge to achieve an ‘outcome‘; to explore the clay with curiosity and joy.

NZ$30 per child (parents/caregivers are welcome to join, $15 per accompanying adult)
