Embrace the whole YOU

This workshop is an initiation into spiritual art. A grounding meditation will guide you to connect with all aspects of your being. Calling back any lost pieces of yourself and identifying and embracing all your personality traits previously perceived as good or bad. Through the power of the heart-opening cacao medicine and the sensory touch, using clay as a medium, we will imprint those traits and lost pieces onto the clay for you to form your individual personality beads.

Strung up together you will have a personal art piece, as a reminder to treasure the beauty of the whole YOU.

Working with clay is grounding & calms the nervous system. This is an invitation to let go of any ‘performance pressure’ and the urge to achieve an ‘outcome‘. This workshop is an opportunity to explore the clay with childlike curiosity without expectation or judgment.
