Flower of Life

This workshop is a deep initiation into spiritual art, in the form of a guided spirit journey to revisit your past, embrace your present, and envision your future. Through the power of the heart-opening cacao medicine and the sensory touch, using clay as a medium, we will imprint those energies onto the clay for you to form your very own personalised ‘Flower of Life’.

Working with clay is grounding & calms the nervous system. This is an invitation to let go of any ‘performance pressure’ and the urge to achieve an ‘outcome‘. This workshop is an opportunity to explore the clay with childlike curiosity without expectations judgement. The ‘outcome’ might surprise you.
