Totem

This workshop is a deep initiation into spiritual art, in the form of a guided spiritual journey to identify the areas we require assistance with. Through the power of the heart-opening cacao medicine and the sensory touch, using clay as a medium, we will channel qualities that might aid us and imprint those energies onto the clay to form a personalised ‘totem’ (a sacred object of power).

Working with clay is grounding & calms the nervous system. This is an invitation to let go of any ‘performance pressure’ and the urge to achieve an ‘outcome‘.This workshop is an opportunity to explore the clay with childlike curiosity without expectation or judgement. The ‘outcome’ might surprise you.
