Cauldron of Change - Grief Transformation

This workshop is a deep initiation into spiritual art, in the form of a guided spirit journey to access your deep withheld grief to soothe and transform the pain. We will explore the rising emotion of your grief through the power of the heart-opening cacao medicine and the sensory touch, using clay as a medium. Imprinting the clay with your emotion and initiating the transformation process.

Working with clay is grounding & calms the nervous system. This is an invitation to let go of any ‘performance pressure’ and the urge to achieve an ‘outcome‘.This workshop is an opportunity to explore the clay with childlike curiosity without expectation or judgement. The ‘outcome’ might surprise you.
